Welcome to Stripchat. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the operators of Stripchat ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any portion of the Stripchat website, mobile web interface, or interactive features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction (Strict 18+ Policy)

This platform contains adult-oriented content, live video broadcasts, and sexually explicit interactive experiences. Access is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in the jurisdiction from which you access this site, whichever is older.
• It must be lawful in your local municipality, state, and country to view adult interactive material and video broadcasts.
• You certify that you are not accessing this platform on behalf of any minor or permitting any individual under the age of 18 to view or participate in broadcasts.

2. User Accounts & Security

Guests may browse selected public broadcasts without registering. However, to access chat participation, tipping, Lovense toy control, private shows, and VIP fan clubs, an account is required.

• You agree to supply accurate credentials when registering and to keep your credentials confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activities and token transactions occurring under your account username.
• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke any account handle that infringes on trademark rights, impersonates another individual, or contains offensive or prohibited terms.

3. Digital Tokens, Purchases & Billing Policy

Stripchat operates an internal virtual credit system ("Tokens") used to tip broadcasters, initiate private video sessions, and trigger interactive haptic hardware.

• Non-Monetary Credits: Tokens are virtual goods with no monetary value outside of the platform. They may not be refunded, redeemed for fiat currency, or transferred between accounts.
• Discreet Invoicing: Credit and debit card transactions are billed under generic, non-descript commercial labels (such as "EPO*Billing" or "ST-ECOM") with zero reference to adult camming.
• All Sales Final: Once tokens have been spent in a broadcaster's chat, private show, or ticket event, tips cannot be rescinded or charged back.

4. Prohibited User Conduct

Users must adhere to community standards at all times. The following conduct will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Any depiction, solicitation, or reference to minors, non-consensual acts, violence, or unlawful activities.
• Recording, screenshotting, screen-capturing, ripping, or redistributing any broadcast, private show, or model gallery without explicit written authorization.
• Harassing, stalking, doxxing, threatening, or blackmailing broadcasters or fellow platform participants.
• Attempting to bypass platform billing or soliciting broadcasters to engage in transactions outside of the official Stripchat platform.

5. Broadcaster & User-Generated Content

Stripchat operates as an interactive intermediary platform. Broadcasters are independent contractors responsible for their own broadcasts, schedules, and performances. All broadcasters are subject to strict legal identity verification and 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliance regulations prior to receiving broadcasting permissions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, page designs, trademarks, sound elements, software scripts, and proprietary streaming interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of Stripchat and its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to investigate and terminate any account that violates these Terms, exhibits suspicious billing patterns, or breaches community safety guidelines, without prior notice or liability.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Stripchat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, transmission fidelity, or the actions of independent performers. In no event shall Stripchat be liable for incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international e-commerce and digital communications laws. Any claims arising from platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
